Accepting our Terms and Conditions:

You understand, agree and acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FTG Capital and participation in any services, payment for any service or registration of a user account with FTG Capital will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Provision of Services:

You agree and acknowledge that FTG Capital is entitled to modify, improve or discontinue any of its services at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Such action may result in you being prevented from having access to any information provided as part of the service. Furthermore, you agree and acknowledge that FTG Capital is entitled to provide services to you through subsidiaries or affiliated entities.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that FTG Capital may contain proprietary and confidential information including trademarks, service marks and patents protected by intellectual property laws and international intellectual property treaties. FTG Capital does not authorize anyone to make copies, distribute or provide access to any of any content provided as part of any of the services for personal or non-commercial/commercial use. FTG Capital ‘s content may not be sold, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission. FTG Capital will pursue legal action against any individual/company found to be in breach of the aforementioned clause.

Please note that this website and any logos and information provided are the exclusive property of FTG Capital and are protected by copyright. The logo and company name may not be used or emulated in any form without express prior written consent from the company.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of the company is entirely at your own risk and that the company’s service is provided “as is” and “as available”. FTG Capital does not make any express or implied warranties, endorsements or representations whatsoever. This shall include, but not be limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and warranties that access to or use of the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that defects in the service will be corrected.

This shall include, but not be limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, business reputation or goodwill, loss of programs or information or other intangible loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the service, or information, or any permanent or temporary cessation of such service, access to information, or the deletion or corruption of any content or information, or the failure to store any content or information. The above limitation shall apply whether or not FTG Capital has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed the liability of FTG Capital is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

By proceeding you agree that your details, including your name, date of birth, email address, telephone number and details of services provided to you by FTG Capital may be shared with other members of the FTG Capital group or affiliate companies.

FTG Capital Services

Membership to any of FTG Capital’s services is non-transferrable and is solely for the individual who has purchased and paid for the service and whose details the company has on their records as the ‘authorized user.’

The username and password for access to FTG Capital ‘s website cannot be passed on to friends, families, colleagues or any other individual or organization. IP addresses will be locked to the origin of access, access from an alternative IP address may result in termination of the membership and legal action may be taken.

No part of the course or any given/online materials may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including copying and pasting, screenshotting, recording or by any information storage and retrieval system, without prior written permission from FTG Capital.

Non distribution of information and documents without prior written consent extends to any materials, analysis, results, telegram messages, posts on any social media account belonging to or affiliated with FTG Capital, articles, videos, emails, comments and images.
Any information or documents provided as part of FTG Capital ‘s services may not be altered, edited, sold or distributed in any form.

All content and information provided as part of FTG Capital‘s services remain the sole property of FTG Capital, payment for access to the content/information does not equate to ownership. Any payment is for use of FTG Capital‘s services and access to the material, it does not provide you with legal ownership of the material/information.
After enrolling on to the course or purchasing any other services provided by FTG Capital, you are expressly forbidden from providing services (both identical or similar), replicating any of the services or setting up or partaking in any business which provides services similar to those provided by FTG Capital. This clause is valid both during and after termination of the contract. FTG Capital will pursue legal action against any individual/company found to be in breach of the aforementioned clause.

Should you be found to be providing such services or found to have an affiliation with an organization that does so, FTG Capital will seek to pursue legal action against you.
Any information provided as part of the service is for the authorized user only and cannot be forwarded or shared with anyone else. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the contract and possible legal action.

Should you agree to purchase any of FTG Capital’s services and subsequently wish to cancel, you may do so by providing notice of your intention to do so in writing. Upon receipt of such notice FTG Capital reserves the right to terminate your access to their services with immediate effect. Any funds paid to the company as a deposit will be non-refundable.

FTG Capital retains the right to amend the location, dates and timings of services advertised subject to an adequate notice period. in the event that a change to the aforementioned results in you no longer requiring the use of FTG Capital ‘s services, you may cancel your agreement in writing however any monies paid as a deposit shall be retained by FTG Capital.

You agree to indemnify and hold FTG Capital its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable solicitor fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with any user content or content you post or share on or through the website, your use of the service or the website, your conduct in connection with the service or the website or with other users of the service or the website, or any violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of any third party.

FTG Capital reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion and without any notice. Changes to our Terms become effective on the date they are posted on the website and your continued use of FTG Capital after any changes to Terms signifies your agreement to be bound by them.

By reading these Terms & Conditions, you agree to the above, and if found you are in breach of this contract with FTG Capital, legal action will be taken, and your membership will be terminated without notice. In the event that the membership is terminated due to breach of contract FTG Capital reserves the right to retain any fees paid towards their services.
2. Unless stated in writing to FTG Capital, the use of services after publication of these terms and conditions will be construed as an acceptance of the same.
3. In the event that the contract between the company and you is terminated, you shall remain bound by the terms and conditions.
